Writing/Journaling

Love these these pens! The are so smooth, have a squishy grip and are in pretty soft colors. I use these everyday for all my journaling!

This has been the best planner I have used as far as keeping my goals and plans in front of me. It gives guided reminders to the goals you set monthly, weekly and daily. It helps track habits, allows for reflection and revision of your goals, it just is the best. It also has sections for long term plans, visions and dreams. It is hard cover, and great quality materials. LOVE it.


Supplements

I recently started taking these and they have already helped my sleep and mood. They taste good and are easy to chew.


Fitness Journey

I use this sugar free syrup for a little dash of sweet in about everything that needs it! Coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, whatever you’d normally add some sugar to, this works. I like the vanilla because it doesn’t change the taste of whatever I add it to too much. LOVE it. It’s a staple on my counter. Also, the pump is a must have too!

I have tried the other brands of powdered peanut butter but always come back to the OG. Just tastes the best and is the creamiest I have found. I add it to drinks, to oats, to yogurt etc. Very versatile.

By far the best tasting protein bar I have found. They can actually get me in trouble sometimes! My favorite is the Creamy Crisp flavor.
